Born on January 18, 1933, in Maceira in the Leiria region, he founded Tecnicoembalagem SA in April 1985 together with his two sons.<\/p>

He worked for 30 years at the Paper Bag Factory of Cimpor- Cimentos de Portugal SA, an experience that, combined with his recognized leadership skills, allowed him to grow Tecnicoembalagem SA in a sustained manner over the years.<\/p>

Both sons had the privilege of learning everything about the industry from their father, with his son Lu\u00eds Costa standing out for his dynamism and qualities in managing the company and technological modernization.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Born on September 14, 1963, in Maceira, in the Leiria region, Lu\u00eds Costa began at an early age to follow his father in the paper bag manufacturing industry, where he developed a passion for the sector.<\/p>

Over more than 30 years of experience, Lu\u00eds Costa has not only specialized in all aspects of the production process, but also helped to implement technological innovations and optimize the company's operational efficiency.<\/p>

With over 30 years<\/strong> of experience in paper bag production<\/strong> and driven by our determination and competence we increasingly focus on an essential objective: produce ecological paper bags that inspire the customer.<\/strong><\/p>

Acquisition of a pre-printing machine, a pioneer in the introduction of four colors.<\/div><\/div><\/div>

1995<\/h4>
Increased diversification of production with sachets intended for packaging feed and flour.<\/div><\/div><\/div>

1996<\/h4>
In recognition of the high performance achieved, it received the PME Prest\u00edgio Ind\u00fastria '96 distinction.<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Receives the PME Industry Excellence '97 distinction, for its remarkable performance. In the same year, it expanded its facilities to enter the valve bag production market.<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The company gains a new corporate name: Tecnicoembalagem - Transforma\u00e7\u00e3o de papel em Sacos SA, ceasing to be a limited liability company and becoming a public limited company.<\/div><\/div><\/div>

It was distinguished as a Leading SME for the quality of its performance and risk profile.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
